Dumpster Management: Mobile App

The Mobile App section located towards the bottom of the Dumpster Management settings is where you can manage notifications, QR codes, track items, and so much more.

Before You Start

Here are a few things to know before you continue:

  • We recommend that only the Account Owner(s) or Admins(s) set up or change the settings covered in this article.
  • Depending on how your permissions are set up you may not be able to access some or all of these settings. Please reach out to your Account Owner if additional access is needed.

Before You Start

  • We recommend that only the Account Owner(s) or Admins(s) set up or change the settings covered in this article.
  • Depending on how your permissions are set up you may not be able to access some or all of these settings. Please reach out to your Account Owner if additional access is needed.
  • Some of the settings covered in this article have dependencies, meaning other settings have to be enabled and set up in order for the settings under the Billing Issues section to appear.

Dumpster Management: Mobile App Directory

Allow Create PIN

When enabled, this setting adds a button on the mobile app allowing users to create a dumpster using the provided PIN.


Dumpster Location Tracking

Here is where you can decide the tracking method for dumpster drop-offs: either GPS or service address.


Notify Driver on Unpaid Rental

When enabled, drivers will receive notifications for unpaid invoices linked to the rental.


Notify Driver for Unsigned Documents

When enabled, drivers receive notifications for unsigned documents attached to the rental.


Required Items (for Drivers to Complete)

Choose and activate the tasks you require your drivers to complete.


Show Client Types

When enabled, the mobile app displays client types from your company settings.


Show Code Scanner

When enabled, the mobile app can scan QR codes and barcodes to complete tasks.


Show Client Name

When enabled, the mobile app displays the client's name for your staff.


Show Dump Location

When enabled, the dump location will show on the schedule tile.


Show Invoices

When enabled, invoices will show to your employees.


Strict Task Order

When enabled, this setting will require drivers to complete the top task on their schedule before they can start any other task and you can also choose to enable blurring the restricted tasks.
