Hello everyone! Our team has been hard at work this week rolling out some valuable enhancements and important fixes to improve your Docket experience. Here’s what’s new:
Enhancements
- Client Search by Service Address: You are now able to locate clients by their Service Address.
- Protecting Your Asset History: To prevent accidental data entry errors, once a piece of equipment (like a dumpster) has a service history, its size can no longer be changed. This helps ensure your asset records remain accurate over time.
- Smarter Online Booking (DocketShop): We've made several improvements to DocketShop! The booking process now more accurately reflects your availability settings for time intervals and daily job capacity. We've also made some light visual updates for a cleaner look for your customers.
- Easier Hours of Operation Setup: We've refreshed the settings pages for your Hours of Operation and Job Availability, making them easier to navigate and update.
- 10DLC Compliance Update: For customers using our SMS features, the Legal Business Name will now correctly appear on SMS consent forms to align with 10DLC standards.
🐛 Bug Fixes 🐛
We've also squashed a few bugs to make your workflow smoother:
- Fixed several issues where deleted clients could still appear on the Clients page or in other parts of the application.
- Resolved a bug where the PIN was not displaying on Exchange tasks within Dispatch 2.0.
- Corrected an issue where users who are not assignable to tasks were incorrectly appearing in the driver list on Dispatch 2.0.
- Fixed a bug in the online booking tool that was causing issues when calculating availability for dates in a future month.
- Addressed an issue where some invoices could become stuck and needed to be manually fixed.
