8/4/2026 - Client Selector Now Shows Service Addresses, Fixes

This update is available on August 4th, 2026. Hard refresh your browser or update the Docket Mobile App to make sure you're seeing the latest version.

Feature Update: Client Selector Now Shows Service Addresses

Clients with more than one account profile can now see each profile's service address right on the account selection screen when they log in.

Audience: Docket Accounts with Updated Client Dashboard Security (Phased Rollout)

What Changed

  • The account selection screen now shows each profile's service address next to its name.
  • This screen only appears for clients whose email or phone number is linked to more than one account profile.
  • Clients can confirm they're picking the right profile before continuing to their dashboard.

Why It Matters
Previously, clients with multiple profiles had to guess which one to pick, since the selection screen only showed a name with no other identifying details. Now they can confirm the right profile by its service address before logging in.

Fixes

Portal Link Opening the Wrong Client Dashboard: If a client clicked a portal link while already logged into a different company's Client Dashboard, they could land on the wrong dashboard, that's resolved. Portal links now route back to log-in when they lead to a different company than the one the client is currently signed into.

Invoice Filter Turning Blank on Client Dashboard: Selecting All Invoices, Paid, or Unpaid on the Client Dashboard could cause the selector to turn blank white, that's resolved. The selector now displays correctly no matter which option is chosen.

Missing ACH Payment Option on Client Dashboard: Clients with no card on file, or with ACH already saved, only saw the option to add a card when paying an invoice, that's resolved. ACH now shows as a payment option in both cases.

Previous Task Images Not Viewable During Pickup, Exchange, or Dump and Return Tasks: Drivers couldn't view images from a previous drop-off task while completing a Pickup, Exchange, or Dump and Return task, that's resolved. Drivers can now view those images as expected.
