Docket’s new Reports (Beta) feature gives you more visibility into your business data through faster, more flexible reporting. Whether you're tracking outstanding invoices, monitoring sales, or analyzing task volume, these reports are designed to help you make smarter decisions with less effort.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- By default, Admins and Office Staff have access to Reports (Beta). Admins can also choose to grant access to other roles. If you are an Admin and would like to grant additional employees access to reports, please check out this article.
- If you don't see the Reports (Beta) option in your menu, you may not have the necessary permissions. Reach out to your Admin for access.

Reports (Beta) Overview
Reports (Beta) is a new section in Docket where you can access financial and operational reports in one centralized place. It replaces several older reports and introduces an improved experience for reviewing and filtering your data.
Accessing Reports (Beta) & Report Options
- Click ‘Reports (Beta)’ under ‘Administration’ in the left-hand menu.
- A list of reports that are available to you will appear with options to customize your experience.
Each report has several options to use.
- Show/Hide Report Description
- Favorite Report
- Add to the Favorites section at the top of the list.
- Open Inline
- Run report in the same tab.
Please Note: You can also perform this function by clicking the name of a report.
